Terms of Usage

Welcome to U Travel International. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and travel-related products. By making a booking, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and Acceptance

All bookings made through U Travel International are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation has been issued by U Travel International.

By making a reservation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Pricing and Charges

We strive to provide competitive and accurate pricing. Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website are per person and may exclude:

  • Travel insurance

  • Visa and passport fees

  • Airport taxes (where applicable)

  • Meals and beverages not specified in the itinerary

  • Tips and gratuities

  • Personal expenses

  • Laundry and room service charges

  • Optional excursions and activities

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to airline fare adjustments, supplier pricing changes, currency fluctuations, government taxes, fuel surcharges, and transportation costs.

The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

We accept major debit and credit cards, including but not limited to:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • Diners Club

Additional payment methods may be offered depending on your location and booking type.

Full payment or the required deposit must be received before a booking can be confirmed. By submitting payment information, you authorize U Travel International to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.

4. Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process and may also be accessible through your customer account or dashboard.

It is your responsibility to review the confirmation and notify us immediately of any errors or discrepancies.

5. Cancellation Policy

General Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the airline, hotel, tour operator, destination, visa service, or travel product booked.

Specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be displayed before purchase and will form part of your booking agreement.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified:

  • Visa application and processing fees

  • Government fees and taxes

  • Certain promotional or discounted bookings

  • Non-refundable airline tickets

  • Special event bookings

Combo Packages

Where multiple services are sold as part of a package or promotional offer, cancellation of one component may affect package pricing. Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the individual value of services used and supplier cancellation rules.

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a booked service, tour, transfer, flight, accommodation, or activity will be considered a "No-Show."

No-Shows are generally non-refundable, and unused portions of services cannot be refunded or transferred unless otherwise required by law or supplier policy.

7. Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation, customers must submit a written request via email or through the designated cancellation process available on our website.

A cancellation request is not considered accepted until confirmation has been issued by U Travel International.

Applicable cancellation fees and supplier charges will be communicated upon review of the request.

8. Changes and Amendments

Customer-Initiated Changes

Requests to modify confirmed bookings are subject to supplier approval, availability, and applicable amendment fees.

Company-Initiated Changes

U Travel International reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, accommodations, transportation arrangements, or service providers when necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, weather conditions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where possible, suitable alternatives of comparable value will be offered.

9. Force Majeure

U Travel International shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, damages, or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Earthquakes

  • Floods

  • Pandemics or epidemics

  • Government actions or travel restrictions

  • Political unrest

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Airline operational disruptions

  • Acts of terrorism

No compensation or refund shall be required where services are affected by force majeure events.

10. Accommodation Policies

Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

If a selected hotel becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide alternative accommodation of similar category and standard.

Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the individual property. Additional charges for early check-in, late check-out, upgrades, or incidental expenses remain the responsibility of the guest.

11. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Medical emergencies

  • Personal accidents

  • Lost or delayed baggage

  • Travel delays

  • Emergency evacuation

U Travel International shall not be responsible for losses, injuries, illnesses, damages, or expenses that could have been covered under a travel insurance policy.

12. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including:

  • Valid passports

  • Visas

  • Transit permits

  • Health certificates

  • Vaccination records

  • Other entry or exit requirements

Failure to obtain or present required documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, or cancellation of travel arrangements without refund.

Travel requirements may change without notice, and travelers should verify current requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, airline, or government authority before departure.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Comply with local laws and regulations

  • Follow airline, hotel, and supplier policies

  • Behave respectfully toward staff, suppliers, and fellow travelers

  • Refrain from unlawful, disruptive, or dangerous conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate travel arrangements where customer conduct threatens safety, security, or operational integrity.

14. Website Use

All content on the U Travel International website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Text

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Travel packages

  • Pricing information

  • Software and website content

is owned by or licensed to U Travel International and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

15. Delivery of Services

Travel documents, vouchers, itineraries, confirmations, and related services are typically delivered electronically through email or customer accounts.

Physical delivery services, if applicable, may be subject to additional charges and regional availability.

U Travel International reserves the right to refuse services where prohibited by applicable laws, sanctions regulations, or government restrictions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, U Travel International shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business opportunities

  • Supplier failures

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Delays beyond our control

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Personal injury or illness arising during travel

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected booking.

17. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which U Travel International is registered and operates.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
