Free Cancellation 24 hours Prior

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.

Child Policy (below 2 years)

• Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 2 to 12 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• Safety: There is tight safety, as visitors and animals are treated with the utmost care. Animals' health is constantly checked, areas visited by people are disinfected, and the staff has received emergency training.
• Special Needs: Dubai Dolphinarium is fully wheelchair accessible. Assistance is available for people with special needs who request it in advance. They should notify the staff before their visit so that it will be as comfortable as possible.
• Language: The presentations are mainly in English, though overseas tourists may receive help from other languages to avoid missing a single bit of the show.
• Parking facilities: Free parking is available inside the location for customers attending the Dolphinarium by car.
• Photography: The site accepts personal photo-taking. Professional photo shots are also available to preserve memorable snaps; some packages are available for purchase.
• Food and Beverage: The Dolphinarium has cafes and snack kiosks where refreshments and meals can be bought. However, food and drinks are not allowed outside the venue.
• Lost and Found: There is a lost and found service in case visitors lose some of their belongings. Guests may ask the information desk for help.

• You will receive your mobile ticket in your email instantly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the will-call ticket counter.
• Please arrive at the redemption point 20 minutes before your visit to avoid delays.

• Rescheduling and Cancellations: We have the right to reschedule or change an itinerary, alter prices, or cancel a tour at our discretion, mainly if it's for safety or convenience.
• Unused Inclusions: Any unused parts of a tour package are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered no-shows. No alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
• Weather and Traffic Delays: If your tour is delayed due to bad weather, mechanical breakdowns, or traffic, we will offer you alternative services available.
• Seating Arrangement: The seating arrangement depends on the availability of vehicles. The driver or the tour guide will make all arrangements except private transfers.
• Pick-up and Drop-off Timings: The timings listed are approximate and may vary based on your location and traffic conditions.
