Child Policy (4-12 Years)

• Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 4 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• All fitness levels are welcome, though hold onto the railings for each ride.
• To avoid a potentially long wait line, make tickets in advance.
• There are so many photo opportunities along the tour - bring your water-resistant camera or cover your phone.
• There are relatively few seats per tour, so it's safe and relatively comfortable for riders.
• Those arriving past the time designated for a departure will be told to leave on the next possible tour; this tour is not returned.

• Free parking is available near the Emirates Palace Marina. Check with them before arriving.
• Pets and oversized bags are not allowed onboard the boat.

• Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the tour to complete check-in.
• The minimum age for the tour is 5 years, and an adult must accompany children.
• Pregnant women and those suffering from back problems should not be taken in.
• Comfortable, water-friendly clothing is encouraged.

• The tour depends on the weather; it can be cancelled or rescheduled due to rough seas.

• Seating Arrangements: Seating arrangements depend on availability and will be made by the driver or tour guide, except for private transfers.
